Currency and Prices
Product prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise clearly indicated.
The checkout page shows the currency and final amount payable before you confirm payment.
If your payment account uses a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or conversion fees.
Accepted Payment Methods
The payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout.
Availability may depend on your location, device, and the relevant payment provider. Please use the checkout page as the current source of accepted payment options.
Shipping, Taxes, and Order Total
We offer free standard shipping, with no minimum order value, within our stated U.S. delivery coverage.
Applicable taxes, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please review the product subtotal, discounts, taxes, and final total before completing your purchase.
Payment Authorization
By submitting a payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Your payment provider may require additional verification before authorizing the transaction.
Order Confirmation
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. It does not guarantee that every item can be fulfilled.
If an item is unavailable or another issue prevents fulfillment, we will contact you and explain the available options. If we cancel a paid order or item, the amount collected for the canceled order or item will be refunded.
Payment Security
Payments are processed through Shopify and the payment providers available at checkout.
Do not send payment-card numbers, security codes, passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials to our customer-service email.
Declined or Unsuccessful Payments
If your payment is declined, check the entered information and contact your bank or payment provider if needed.
An unsuccessful payment attempt may result in a temporary authorization hold. Release of that hold is handled by your bank or payment provider.
Discounts and Promotions
Any applicable promotion conditions will be stated with the offer.
Enter an eligible discount code before completing checkout and confirm that the expected discount appears in the final total.
Pricing Errors
If we identify a material pricing or product-information error affecting your order, we will contact you.
We will not charge an increased amount without your agreement. If the order is canceled after payment has been collected, the amount collected for the canceled order will be refunded.
Refunds
Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method.
For eligible returns, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 15 calendar days after we receive the returned item. This period includes inspection, approval, and payment-provider or bank processing.
Calendar days include weekends and public holidays.
